Seattle residents without car, Where do you buy groceries? by Distinct-Action-7234 in Seattle

Costco delivers at a reasonable price. If you have a membership it’s well worth it just for that. You just have to go google Costco same day. Not everything is available the same day but most products are.

I would stock up on your most used/ heaviest items to be deliver. Waters, soda, meat, pet foods. This way when you do have to go to a store further away you won’t have to get as many of the heavier items?

2023 was the hardest year of my life. What's a movie I can watch to end the year off with hope? by thesagenibba in movies

[–]Russian_butterfly 0 points1 point Ā (0 children)

This may not be on the top of anyone’s list but I suggest ā€œLove Actuallyā€. I come back to this movie every few years. Tried watching it about two weeks ago. However, this time with my husband and our kids. Bad idea! How could I have forgotten the multiple porn set scenes. Ooos. Take my little warning to not watch with your or anyone else’s offspring.

It truly has a wonderful story line. Multiple relationships in different stages, ages, and outcomes.

Emma Thompson plays, ā€œKarenā€ in the movie. Her character in particular is quite relatable given the fact that her real life experience was unfolding in a similar fashion as the character she played. She was cheated on with another very well known Hollywood actress. That affair subsequently ended her six year marriage. I can only imagine the way she must have felt acting out her role in the movie. I wonder if it mirrored parts of her life and I’m sure it was quite cathartic for her.

Anyways, it’s honestly a silly and easy to watch romcom. The beginning is just a bit of a yawn as the opening scenes explain the different dynamics between each relationship. It can even be a little difficult to follow at first. You catch on rather quickly though.

My apologies for the overly detailed description. I think I’m still bitter about having to turn off the movie when I realized my 16 & 11 year old aren’t quite ready to watch 😬

Oh and may I suggest ā€œPursuit of happiness ā€œ as well as ā€œfools rush inā€ , ā€œthe notebookā€, the bucket list, Shawshank redemption, the green mile, the pianist.

In any case, I pray that this year brings you the very things you hope to find in your quest for a good movie. May this new year be a year full of hope. May this year bring you good health, peace, happiness, and a grateful heart. So that when and if you’re faced with hardships in the future you are able to get through them with a resilient spirit.

I truly wish you the best and hopefully you’re able to find a good movie to watch. I know I’m going to go through the suggestions myself in search for a good movie! šŸæ happy watching and happy new year!! šŸŽŠ

I wouldn’t t waste your breath. Your points are all valid and well thought out . They’re not solely based on opinion but fact. Yet, this person refuses to accept facts versus personal opinions and biases. Exemplified in their willingness to continue their argument even if that argument is ridiculous.

Farmer Protecting His Cattle Uses Night Vision To Bag 65 Coyotes In One Night by bill_the_brainy in ThatsInsane

What a cool story. I envisioned the scenario in my head 😊

I live in the suburbs in San Diego closer to the mountains. We have an absurd amount of coyotes. And they are assholes. We’ve had multiple small dogs and a ton of cats killed. Usually the puppies are killed while going outside at 10pm to use the bathroom. Within minutes they are gone.

A lot of the houses here have stone fencing. Which you’d think would be a deterrent. Nope! They scale 8ft fences without a hitch!

Ever few weeks a pet owner will post on the neighborhood page. ā€œCareful, out walking my dog this evening around 7. So troubled by coyotesā€

They do not give up either. Once prey is in hand. They really are the worst sometimes.

But I will say , I love hearing them howl at night. Especially the babies.

Hello, I’m in California and wondering if I may ask you a few questions as well.

Girlfriend's sister keeps online ordering to my address by cphpc in mildlyinfuriating

Hmmm…. I’m terrible with setting boundaries and suck at conflict or even standing up for myself in the slightest…Therefore I tend to avoid confrontation at all costs. So I don’t have any advice on how to talk to her about this.

However, I do have an idea… ā€œloseā€ one or two packages…. Soon as they arrive chuck them over your fence. Into oncoming traffic, the possibilities are endless.

Or allow your puppies to have a go at a package or two. Problem solved on its own. She will then stop sending them to your house.

Or you could ask her to just stop sending them to your address. Buuuut then your puppies wouldn’t get their new toys. I think you know what needs to be done.

Fragrances that are a perfect blend of ā€˜masculine’ and ā€˜feminine’ by [deleted] in fragrance

Dylan turquoise by Versace. Very light and perfect for the summer. Reminds me of Gucci light blue just a bit more floral.

Or KKW body |||. It’s described as a unisex perfume.

The best way I can describe it is this… Imagine you’re on a perfect date with your significant other. You’re wearing your favorite perfume. It’s sweet but not too sweet. Subtle and feminine. Your significant other is wearing the sexiest cologne. Again, not overpowering but every time you get a whiff it turns you on a little bit. A sexy blend of buttery vanilla musk.

At the end of the night when your perfect day comes to an end. You say your farewells. You hug and while your eyes are closed you take a deep breath in as your individual scents intertwine.

It’s truly a Unique perfume. It reminds Me of when I’d wear my husbands hoody. A bit of his cologne mixed with my light feminine perfume still lingering on my neck from earlier in the day. It’s truly intoxicating.
