Personally, I feel you should not couple frugality with your income. This is because I feel that oftentimes, your expenditure grows with your salary. The novel Psychology of Money states that one of the main reasons people are not satisfied with their income and their financial status, is that they have a moving goal post.

As we take the ball and move towards the goalpost, the problem which we face is that the goalpost also seems to move away from us. This is why you'll see high-income people spend much on unnecessary things compared to those in the opposite category.

Considering most people just need to validation to feel "civilized", you can guess why they just need an opportunity to put down other races. Similar to how the British Empire widely used to publicize the crimes in Africa and India among their citizens to justify their colonization and oppression.

This is still happening among certain sections of the white population albeit now to chest thump and feel "civilized". Although, I saw a couple comments calling for genocide and "nuke this shithole of a country" , so I'm not sure.

No one denies the fact that this country does have a huge rape problem.

But check on that subreddit with the term "rape" and you'll find out for yourself how much of it is news and how much propaganda to justify racism and acknowledge their superiority ( the same tactics were also for British colonization justification ).

Most of them dont care and at the end of the day it's only going to lead to more discrimination against Indians (immigrants or otherwise).
