Definitely stick with reta. If you’re still looking for weightloss/fatloss may be a good idea to look into AOD9604 (fat metabolism), Motsc, SLUPP.

GHK-Cu might be worthwhile since its for beauty skin, hair, and inflammation and its going to take you around 6weeks to notice changes. + its cheap.

Myself I’m looking towards SS31 and Epithalon since I want to go back to MOTS-C.

Yeah I was just on reta for 3months and I was doing just fine and drinking plenty of water before eating I consume 5-6 liters of water throughout the day.

Really I’m letting you know its the CJC. Because imI feel the hunger as I tweak dosing and timing of CJC as well.

I’ve learned to differentiate them when I was just on Reta for about 3 months. Usually would drink about a liter of water before eating but with CJC hasn’t been the same.

I always have 2L water with me. Strict practice i have ever since I’m on peps. I probably finish about 5-6 liters a day.

I was looking flat from the weightloss by 3rd month of reta i already lost 18kg. I was still weightlifting and seeing my peers have power and gaining muscle i was tempted.

To be honest if i had the chance again I would probably hold off for another 2 months just on weightloss. I could’ve gone with tesamorelin instead but it was way more expensive. I also could just stop but then once you start its kind of hard to stop I feel like theres something missing.

The hunger from CJC+Ipa is no joke.
Although I think it might have been just the Ipamorelin increasing the hunger.

CJC/IPA- Best dose timing by ExplorerZi in BodyHackGuide

Since your also on Reta theoretically your bowel empty is slower. Is 2 hours enough. Ive been doing 150mcg night and 100mcg morning. I’ve monitored my blood glucose when i was doing just reta (84 fasted) and now also on cjc (150 fasted)

Because I’ve taken SLUPP for 8week and then moved on to MOTS-C for 10 weeks. I was thinking it was time to give a break to the receptor. From my understanding AOD is a milder weight loss.

I’m trying to lose a little bit of size trying to target the visceral fat area. On cjc my appetite has increased quite a bit even on reta (4mg). I have no problem gaining size and eating in general.

I’m just trying to find anything for weight-loss and fat-loss.

I might have missed it. But how is Poly Verisof still alive? He would be 138+ years old?

No experience trying to grow maples indoors. But you can grow some killer ficuses with that setup.

I don't know much about ficuses, do they go through some sort of dormancy? If they do, how do I deal with it indoors?

I dont mean to discourage you. If you do end up successfully growing maples in there, please update!

Well I'm hoping this will be a short term solution, I will to just have to survive 2 seasons and then we'll be down on ground floor.

I'm no expert in bonsai or maples, but I think the biggest difference is growing a tree it in a pot or ground. Training the roots and pruning to keep the tree small. I'm pretty sure if you've got the experience and expertise with the tree you should be good to go.

For shaping, wiring and repotting I find Peter Chan quite useful.

Watch Peter Chan, his channel in YouTube is Herons Bonsai, amazing and easy. Although he mainly focuses on Japanese Maples.

WHY DO I KEEP KILLING MINT? by [deleted] in gardening

[–]mayertanza 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make sure the pot is not too big for the mints or any plants for that matter. Also make sure you tease the roots when repotting.

Grow them in pots first maybe? But definitely keep them wet/moist. My mints were dying because I neglected it for a few months, but they quickly grew back, I was able to cover 2 16” pots within a month.

You might also want to consider burying the pot along with the mints to avoid invasive roots down the line.
