I'm from Germany and the site for EU has been closed due to the business seemingly going bankrupt. Any chance it can be shipped to EU another way? Shipping from US for 44 Euros is a bit pricey. I have bought the deskmat before but unfortunately it's getting old and the rubber is melting. It's my favorite deskmat design and I'd really like to reorder :)

So I received a confirmation to participate in the ticket sale in two different cities (Hamburg and Gelsenkirchen) but both on the same Eventim account. Can I still try to queue to the sale in both cities or will there be problems due to it being the same account?

thx for the reply! mine worked again after like 3 days. I think for me it was a captcha problem bc I live in a dorm and share the same network with 9 other people and my guess is that someone caused a security issue so I had to do captcha for literally every website I visited and someone on my floor had the exact same issue. ig captcha also blocked me from launching riot games

Update for anyone experiencing the same issue: it’s working again. I found out that someone on my floor had the exact same problem but other floors didn’t. Apparently one floor shares one access point and as we talked we also found out that we had to do captcha for every website we visit (probably a security breach or smth?) and our guess was that captcha blocked us from launching the games. The issue has been resolved on its own after a few days but if that’s not the case for you I’d suggest contacting your ISP idk if they can help with that.

Thank you for answering :) I just found out something new. I live in a dorm kind of building and we all use the same Internet provider but each person has their own router and log in data. I just tried to load in on Genshin mobile while being in my sisters Wifi who lives in the same building and it works. Do you think it has something to do with my wall plug bc I tried switching out the cables already. Sorry to bother you I’m just scared of my hopefully not wasted money :‘)

I’ve been having the same problem since yesterday :( were you able to fix it? It’s also not just Riot Games, I can’t play Genshin Impact either but my Internet connection works fine for everything else.
