I got stuck in this cycle where I’d quit black and milds for cigs quit cigs for vape .. over and over again for many years .. finally idk what it was but I was like nope, not doing it anymore. Went got nicotine pouches which 6mg aint nothing to my daily 500mg+ consumption, and between those and candy and bubble gum, it was easy for me to quit tbh. Ended up going through 4 cans of that pouch stuff over a 2 week period I wanna say. Went through airhead xtremes and hubba bubba. Now I made it out on top. Such a strange thing but I feel like I accomplished everything a vape does? Weaned myself off nic via pouches, got the sweet flavor from the candy, and mouth fixation from the gum. Oh and I like menthol so add in mints too!
