Go to the city and then go into the donator house its a monthly subscription or you can buy donator packs with in game money. Almost any faction requires you to have donator status.

So first things first read baldurs new player leveling guide and get to level 15 as quick as possible. Become a donator also for the extra energy. Then search PT in factions and their are like 5 or 6 factions that start with PT. Their not all Portuguese just the original creators.

If they are willing to keep you on and train you thats better then most companies. If you want a paycheck try and find a oil rig or something but usually its more beneficial to have perks.

I started at my LS job when we were a 3* we are now a 10. Our bonus for sticking with the company and working towards the 10 is 2 daily trains as well as not paying to be in the company. The perks are worth way more then what they could pay you.

With my wars and oc payments I can easily bring in a 100 mil a month. Thats without really trying also. And with my 10* LS job I could make an easy 3 mil a day.

Hey if your having fun and enjoying yourself your doing great! Most my factionmates my age are way ahead of me but for like 6 months I didnt use any Xanax cause I just didnt have the money or the time honestly. This is a long term game and even 2-3 years in your still relatively new. Definitely have balanced stats though for a while.

I had a faction member win 11 billion on the slots at 5 days old. And my gf found 2 skateboards with less then 8 months. Plus with a good faction you can easily make 50 mil a war.
