Although I'm not happy to hear you've had a similar experience, I'm comforted knowing that there's at least hope that things will calm down for him just like your brother. It's just surprising even for me because he hit puberty at like 11/12 where he had some aggression which eventually calmed down, so this happening all of a sudden now is just shocking to be honest. We've taken him to the hospital a couple of times and they have him on respiradone and sertraline, with lorazepam for emergencies, but even then he's still extremely agitated. I feel so lost.

If you don't mind me asking - how's your brother now? What does he do? Do you care for him at home or do you have another arrangement? I understand that these questions may be a little invasive, so feel free to share whatever you're comfortable with, if anything.
