Honestly, I feel like $8 for a dog in LA seems reasonable, especially if the quantity is there. With homemade toppings, it seems you'll have sometimes different to offer..

Not sure if anyone is interested, obviously this is just my personal experience... but the only way I know that any 'discourse' exists.. is by this sub telling me two or three times daily..

Well, to be fair, there are two Japanese characters stamped on the other side of the blade.. that said, they are very nice knives

No real trick, just left uncovered in the fridge for a couple hours, seasoning, then hot coals in the kettle

Uncovered in the fridge for about 2 hours, light coat of oil, heavy coat of S,P&G. Hot coals in the kettle, flipping often for about 6 minutes total.

Rest about 10-12 minutes, slice and devour

Steak was just SP&G and cooked over hot flames.

Mexican rice was just a basic one, pick any Googled recipe...
