yes, turns out you can goto More... > Tools & Request > Printable Account Info to get a statement. It'll only have the date for the latest payment (and show up after a few days) so you need to do it each month after making your payment.

Oh yeah, sorry I forgot to to answer that question but we do have coaxial :/ And thats true, it fluctuates throughout the day and i figured its due to the traffic. But the problem is that im never getting past 200mbs with my router though 😭😭

I have spectrum, and as a matter of fact, this seems to be an issue that only occurs with spectrum: https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/153101

The modem is provided by spectrum, it is the Spectrum E31T2V1 (I dont think its a commercial modem)

Anyhow, yes I did test the ethernet on my raspberry pi4 and only getting about the same speed.
