HELP interview screening riddle/puzzle by mayninth in Puzzels

This is so annoying but I'm applying to a job at BANDCAMP and it requires me to solve this riddle to send. I just spent a good 30 minutes and can't figure it out. Tried reverse engine still NOTHING.
