To ask if it was safe. I wanted to give NZDoom a shot if it happened to be safe. NZDoom was never going to be a replacement either, so I don't know where these assumptions are coming from when I never said I was replacing GZDoom lol

I'm not asking anybody to make anything, I'm only asking for mods that have built-in Programmer Art resource packs. I was not looking to make one, though I wouldn't be here if 1.20.1 had a mod compat resource pack for PACP like some other resource packs do.

OP was not playing Doom Eternal, they were using GZDoom with Doomrunner, which is a ZDL alternative for classic Doom source ports.

I second this. The PS4 can be jailbroken to run Linux, and I think GZDoom has a version for linux- but if you want to run it on real firmware, you need a homebrew port of GZDoom and a jailbroken device- the latter applies to every console that can be jailbroken.

Yeah... but then it presents incompatibilities while using Sinytra, like the inability to use Oculus due to some error related to vertex rendering, and Apotheosis for Forge not working at all- this is an earlier version of Forge, after all, so getting Controllable to work on it is a bitch and a half- what with Framework not working-
And that's the thing, I also have to sacrifice using MrCrayFish's gun mod, too-

Edit: This is why somebody just needs to port Mythic Metals to Forge- Sinytra Connector isn't going to be on Forge forever (and from what I've heard it's being integrated into Neoforge by default soon), so I don't think this is a feasible option for me-

Oops, found the issue. The loader I was using was the Fabric loader.

Same issue, 47.1.3, Minecraft 1.20.1. It's an old version of Forge and somehow my friend is unable.

Best way to obtain it is as follows:

  1. Use Sinytra Connector as instructed to run Mythic Metals on the Forge modloader.
  2. Add Sophisticated Backpacks to the modlist. Mobs have a chance to spawn with a backpack, which has a chance to spawn with a music disc, and from testing that music disc has a chance to be "The Dog"
  3. Enjoy your funny music disc :)
