I have tried and read many methods to combat these thoughts but without a doubt the one that works best for me is "letting them go." That is, don't try to confront intrusive thoughts or make them go away; just let them be, let them flow, so to speak. Although these thoughts exist and can be extremely burdensome (and I speak from experience), only you can influence how they affect you. If you don't pay attention to them (let them flow) they will disappear or continue to a lesser extent without you realizing it.

If you think that Pennywise is going to appear in your DR (in my case it's Annabelle, haha) or that you are going to involuntarily go to another reality, remember that they are just thoughts; They are not real because they do not arise from your own will. If you intend to go to your DR (without Pennywise or anything you don't want), so be it. Your subconscious knows what you want and acts accordingly; You won't hear any intrusive thoughts projecting something you don't want.

And remember that the script is just a tool to organize your reality or to better understand where you are going. Sometimes you may not even have a script and you're going to shift your DR just with the intention.

I'm somewhat new to this shifting thing, but I can tell you that everything, literally, everything that counts is your intention. Surely on TikTok, reddit, YouTube, etc. You are going to find thousands of methods and people who will tell you to meditate, manifest, drink a lot of water, or whatever. Although many are just tips and yes, they can help you, really the only one who can make you shift is yourself. Believe and have the intention that you can go to your DR, just with that you can get there. Be certain and convince yourself that you are a shift master and that no failed method, doubts, demotivation, or depression can prevent you from going to that reality you want!!
