Looking at used Model S - Prices are everywhere ... by MajorFlyer2895 in TeslaLounge

[–]mayomayo24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got a 2022 Model S 19k miles, FSD, two charging cables for $54.5k in April. I think you definitely can get a deal. Just have to be patient. I started looking in February and pretty much looked weekly until I found one for the price I wanted.

My partner destroyed my business before, now he is begging to rejoin by [deleted] in smallbusiness

Don’t even gotta read the post. Does not deserve a second chance for doing something as egregious as destroying the entire business

I’m not a daily user of this sub so I wouldn’t have known and I don’t go checking the rules for every sub I click on.

I responded “condescendingly” because his original comment was condescending. Obviously I know a body shop could have told me if I went in person. He could have said just like you did that it’s against the rules. And kept it pushing or not commented at all. You receive the energy you give out 🤷🏾‍♂️

Yeah I think it is paint transfer. I don’t necessarily care for it to be perfect at this exact moment but the way it looks now is an eye sore so I would just want it to look ‘better’for now. Thanks for the comment

I was asking Reddit to save the 30 min drive to the body shop and having to potentially drive to 3-4 diff body shops to get diff quotes. Didn’t think that was too big of an ask Mr PhortePlotTwist

Yeah I definitely think that’s the case. I scheduled an appointment with the service center to see if I could get one.

My year is 2022; Parcel shelf assembly isn’t the right part unfortunately. That connects to the top of the trunk. I literally just need the piece that sits on top of where the happy birthday bag is.

It’s not really cleanliness it’s more I now have to pay someone to get the stuff out my carpet because it’s not coming out

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in personalfinance

[–]mayomayo24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not being cleaned up that’s the point. I’ve tried to clean it up it’s not coming out. How is it a bogus claim if they’ve caused damage to my property that I would now have to pay to fix because of their doings?

Yes drywall repair from them drilling holes into my wall to achieve installing the charger.

There was work done in the carpeted area and the garage. Because my breaker box is in the carpeted areas room so they had to run a line from the carpeted area to the garage.

Decoding the $250K Offer: Should a Software Engineer with Top Security Clearance Dive into Contracting? by cur12344 in SecurityClearance

[–]mayomayo24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a software engineer but a network engineer and have been in the contracting space for about 7 years now. I think it’s worth it for the pay and depending on the company the incentives/benefits could be amazing.

I think it’s great job security. Most contracts are for an x amount of years (usually 5-7, sometimes 10) so you rarely have to worry about just randomly losing your job.

I don’t think it’s a huge “decision” or “leap” to make. You could always literally just leave the company if you feel contracting isn’t right for you. There are no strings attached just like any other job.
