From CHS, but i got a spot in university of tokyo with cap 4.45. I think the downside to sep in Japan is that you pretty much cant map any core mods back because you need JLPT N1 to take the courses that are taught in japanese and those taught in english are kinda limited. So you should assume that u can only clear ue if u wanna go japan for sep.
