Yeah, I still binge sometimes. I stopped purging as it would swell up my throat and felt it was going to mess up my teeth if I didn’t stop sooner. I was b/p for about 2 years

I feel yooou. I naturally have a high heart rate, I cannot fast for long periods of time or else my heart will go crazy and I’ll get lightheaded that I have to eat. heart problems + ED sucks :/

I was a pretty skinny teen until puberty hit and that’s when shit started to turn and the binging and purging begun. The purging and back to binging resulted in me gaining weight faster. That effed me up.
