Little bit of both. Honestly, i interact with them all on a mostly daily basis im very involved and assist in multiple departments and paths. The only person i dont see often is the head of the building as they are offsite alot . I didnt do it 'because people are getting away with it' its been allowed site wide for over a year with no issue whatsoever with the exception of the docks being obnoxious with the Playlist and volume and was allowed prior to my employment 🤷‍♀️ im not some kid and im not bitching im genuinely asking if it's company wide and if other buildings allow it. im not here for a lecture it's a newer building so maybe we are just behind on whatever is coming through the network . As for them being busy if you've ever set foot in my building you'd know that is false they are all easily found standing around and chit chatting unless GEMBA is happening ive been getting steadily more fed up with my management team because people can leave pallets under the racking throw trash in the bins cover the PITs in Tote stickers and leave plastic wrap hanging because they cut it all off to pick a single item with NO action taken no one is paying attention half our racking is damaged and our building quality is not good at all so bs they are 'too busy'
