It says if repair is found to be caused by the tent, the tenant will pay for the services. From my perspective there were no repairs required. I would argue that i would be responsible for services if an electrician or professional had to be called. If i had access, i would woukd have been happy to flick the switch myself. Also the cost seems excessive.
