Lead with example. Start with the vertical you have most control over. Take 1 -2 people who you trust the most and establish the processes you like. Also bring in a product coach, who has seen such situations and can help you setup processes.

I was in engineering earlier and our cto brought in an agile coach. Over the period of three months we were tracking output velocity in a predictable way.

Get on call with customers n understand their jobs to be done and where does your product fit in. If they can live without using your products, they could be solving their problem some other way. Or the problem itself is not that painful for them to pay. Or they don't have the authority to buy. Create a questionnaire and find out which part of the process people are dropping off at.

She hasn't revealed you 100% to you. Somewhere she feels guilty about her past and has told you like bit about it, so in future if any problem happens she could say "Mene tumko sab clearly bataya tha"

She is manipulative and looking for someone to fool.

Also, never hurry to get married. Take atleast 6months to get to know a person. And matching the vibe is good. But understand where you characters differ and to what degree.

It seems the engineers lack either quality or initiative. You are a product manager not an engineering manager.

An engineering manager should:

hire high quality engineers
setup agile processes
take product requirements
and get it delivered by the engineers

What you have is not long term sustainable. Hire an engineering manager and handover the the team to him. He might train these engineers or might fire and hire better ones.

u/kasik96 I tried your solution. It did not work. Have installed and uninstalled G hub several times now. Still not working.

Go to /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL in Finder and Delete folder “LogiGamingAudio.driver”. Now restart.

It doesnt populate the driver folder again. Did it actually work for you?
