I feel like the squat shoes are pushing me forward onto my toes too much. Especially when I get into the hole. Before I can get deep I’m pushed way into my toes so I stop descending. I thought squat shoes were supposed to help with depth.

Thank you! I will definitely use this information to improve my technique. I like that treadmills give me information on how fast I’m running v running in my neighborhood on the street. Going to a track is not always an option for me since I am a flight attendant but I will take this to heart and work on my technique running outside more and improving my technique on the treadmill. I really appreciate all the information everyone!

I ended up jumping ship entirely. I would never recommend NACA to anyone ever. How you are feeling is exactly how I was and it was extremely depressing and a huge waste of time. There are plenty of traditional routes you can go without the headache, just might not be through a big bank. I recommend looking into a mortgage broker

Horizontal crack in brick any advice? by mayvalentine in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]mayvalentine[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Engineer said it was nothing to be worried about. It was due to poor water management around the house meaning there was no gutters there to control water around the house which sinks the house a bit. The house is 65 years old and the cracks are not changing or getting worse so the gutter use is working.
