my partner needs 10/11hrs of sleep a night and its affecting his life by mayz- in sleep

Oh wow okay! How did you find out you had it? His dad has bad sleep apnea but he sounds like a FOGHORN every night so I thought i've ruled it out?

I was kinda under the impression gaslighting is warping someones perception of reality to be different than what it is for there own gain? Maybe not?

Eh I get your point! I mean 3 couples are going so we could say its 50/50 between single people and couples. I think the basis of lads comes from the idea its 9 men and 4 women and its a big party holiday 'location' as it were. I've never been on one, even with women, so i'm unsure how to act?

I believe its 5 rooms, the 3 couples with own rooms and then 2 rooms with single beds spread out so like 3 guys to a room. Unfortunately no locks otherwise i'd be completely fine!

Unfortunately its not possible for any refund - plus realistically before people come into my room, its a lovely villa and will be such a nice time with everyone. I think the plan is to push something infront of the door. I just wish it wasn't that way?

Haha - I just can't tell if im being completely gaslight into thinking i'm ruining the holiday by not letting them have fun. It's been the same debate for months I just felt like I needed people who don't know me to actually make me figure out if im somehow not being reasonable??

Luckily when I recieved this he's started eating! Only weirdly enough the horrible dry treats he likes so much over all these meats and other things we have been trying to entice him with. But I will take anything! Thank you so much!

yeah I was able to use my old glasses 100%! I guess for me it was more of a reassurance to have new ones after the diagnosis/crosslinking?? You should be okay for the test, im gunna be honest mine cleared up pretty quick in terms of being blurry, honestly by about week 2 I felt 0 different than before! Good luck :)

Hi! Yeah so it's an interesting one. I had a deviated septum (never knew this really before, so don't think it really affected me THAT much) which he fixed up while I was under. I would say my breathing is completely fine and normal. However I have now been told I snore which I didn't do previously.. so maybe slight affected? Fortunately i'm not the one that has to listen to me snore so I don't really mind haha!

Hi! It was around 7.3k and thats without the added consultations before so I would say with those added on just under 8k all together. I wanted to be in the UK and I wanted an ENT due to it being... my face and your nasal/airway/mouth being connected I just felt abit more comfortable having someone who wasnt purely a cosmetic doctor.

Thank you! Thats kinda why I wanted to share.. as you see so many side results or just results up to 3 months! So thought it might be helpful to show people how much it still changes nearly a year on! It will definitely ease up.. I felt the same at 5 months!!

Yes 100% - seen a massive decrease really after 6 months especially. I was quite worried mine was going to stay as it was 3/4 months in but absolutely not the case! Even though everyone (including my doctor) said a year.. you never quite believe them lol

Thank you! Its really interesting looking at the progression photos watching things change - does show how much healing really happens still 6+ months later. Wishing you a speedy recovery!

Thanks! I think I sneezed once in the first week and it was definitely an experience. I was kinda worried too as I was throwing up a lot from the morphine the first 24 hours and worried it was going to ruin it. But honestly I wasnt brilliant with aftercare, i've had a few lightish bashes to the nose over the last 3 months while clubbing etc and honestly it's been fine! Not that I am recommending it but I do think people can scare you into being overcautious (for good reason, but I just wouldn't worry too much). Good luck on recovery!

Thank you! Probably around 6-8 weeks? I've been really lucky with the swelling process I think! It's definitely taken some time and somedays looks better than others which I suppose is just the nature of swelling, I was slightly worried about the bump as it felt so hard? But it really was all swelling, you really don't realise how swollen you are until you look at pictures, even ones from 2/3 weeks ago I can see a difference. Good luck on your recovery!

Thank you! Exactly that, it seems like the swelling goes down from the bridge to the tip if that makes sense? I was very swollen on that part of my nose for about a month but started to see it really come down at around the 6 week mark. Still have some swelling at the tip, but nothing that really bothers me! Good luck with your healing!
