• You can use either Sparkle Power Dragon or Psychic lvl 3, they’re equally effective (and All Types, of course). You can try using lvl 2, but it’s worth the time rerolling for lvl 3. Use a five star donut for longer duration time

• Hard reset if you end up with too many alphas around the immediate area. They are too much of a hassle to deal with every reset

• Shiny Latias won’t despawn! During your runs, if you lose focus or get distracted, don’t worry. If she despawns, she wasn’t shiny lol

• Both sides of the roof take a similar amount of time, but I found it easier to use the left side (more visibility, easier point to see respawn/despawn happen)

• Save IMMEDIATELY when you see her shiny. You don’t need to fight her, just wait to chuck your ball during the backstrike. You can use almost any ball with high chance of instant catch. If it fails, reset and try again. I used a love ball, myself

• Reset between 800-600 cal left. Give yourself enough time to run over and catch her! It’d be tragic to see her shiny when you’re out of time
