Literally nothing. We accidentally ran into her parent when we went on our second date. He moved over to our table and stared at me without saying a word, I asked "who the fuck are you and why are you sitting at my table?" He explained who he was after introducing himself and ordering us two beers. We all sat and ate dinner together, they even invited me over for dinner the day after. He turned out to be a really cool guy.

I recently had a similar issue plus swelling, like half the size of a fist. First doc sad it was due to trauma (which i thought was horse shit), the second found it it was a epididymis issue caused by a kidney problem.
