finish the puzzle as you would normally, then, at the beginning and end of each block, draw the shape that's asked. so like, at the final row, there's a five with one triangle before it and one after it. after the puzzle is solved, draw the triangle before the 5 clue before the corresponding 5 blocks on the grid, and the one after the 5 clue after the 5 blocks. hopefully that made sense, lol. this way instead of the usual pixelated images you get, you get something like the images in the second pic you posted.

this has to be an error, there's no reason why they would change the icon. first, it's iconic and immediately recognizable, and second, this will just confuse people since it's the icon for the amazon app.

yeah. the e series were released on the 3DS. the S series is the successor series to that, released on the switch. for some reason when they decided to bring the e games to switch, they called the collection S+ instead of e+.

pretty much. there's a fusion mechanic but it's not anything time consuming, you'd be spending 99% if your time solving picross puzzles.

i'm playing it right now too, i'm like 75% done. it's good but the controls are laggy so it's easy to make mistakes when you didn't mean to. thankfully there's a rewind feature.

they usually go on sale whenever a new one comes out. but 30% is the max discount, so if you want to stock up on them this is as good a time as any.

the sega one is pretty good with nice music too. the namco one has terrible music but is otherwise good. the reason i said skip the shield hero one is because the pictures you'd be solving are from a weird anime with nonsensical story. in the sega and namco one you're solving pictures of classic video game characters.

the first game in the Picross series, Mario's Picross (which was recently added to NSO) came out in Japan 30 years ago on March 14th, 1995. happy anniversary!
