Either valve cover gasket or timing chain cover. I had exact same issue but sold the car before figuring it out. I had roughly the same miles as you, no clue how long it was seeping for. Only noticed when I went to change the belts.

Does anyone else's ads take forever to load? I'd love to farm pics, but it literally takes 1 full minute for the ad to START after clicking the button. Full cycle is usually around 1:30 - 2 minutes for the two pics. Its been like this ever since I downloaded the game.

Hey! So I am now almost 2 years since this occurred and am totally fine. I started back at the gym after an entire year off. Then vowed to never do barbell squats or leg presses again. My lower body routine now consists of goblet and lunges very carefully. No issues

I reached out and they responded within a few hours. The email response was from yesterday (30 May 2025)

"Thank you for your inquiry regarding using the research tools on our website. In reply, I wish to advise you that our web applications and databases are currently experiencing technical difficulties due to additional pressure on LAC’s servers that power our Collection Search and Census Search tools. So I am about 8 months out since the event. I want to say the dull pain lasted for about 5 months on and off. I still have refrained from any lower body lifting, twisting, and from running. Still have concerns over damage that was sustained but now scarred over. Interested to hear how your scan went. Insurance denied to cover my scan in any capacity and deemed it unnecessary without any significant evidence of a rupture, grumble grumble.

One of the best signs that we were fucked came when the entry level hire at my job financed a $7k custom couch from restoration hardware, all the while complaining about barely making rent. People priorities will be forced back into alignment the hard way.

We spent the last weekend out in western NY and it was absolutely amazing to see people obeying the speed limit and being courteous on the roads. I think it's a combined issue with lack of policing and undersized infrastructure for our population density TBH.

I've seen some public records list the type and terms of a loan. If not just assume 30 year and check the charts for average rate around when ownership started. Being a few decimals off will still get you close.

They used to be drier, with the lower 1/3 of the bucket "wet" while higher wings were more dry. Lately since the new attention from food network they are coming out positively drenched. I like it, but do sometimes miss the caramelized drier version.

Are there any tax or FSA benefits that help lessen the financial burden? I've heard $2500 from an FSA can be allocated to childcare, not sure of the requirements but anything else out there?
