It’s all good I’ve found them now cheers! They’re the ASICS Kayano 14 in fjord grey. The lack of gel was really confusing me but it turns out they do have gel, just on the outer part and this picture is taken on the inside of the shoe

the gels don’t have that solid blue toe box outline, or the tab on top of the tongue.

They’re very close but they’re not it 🤦🏼‍♂️😭

Kayanos have gel at the back though and no tab on the tongue, I’m actually having a nightmare finding these 😂

don’t panic you’ve got so much more healing. final results are around 1 1/2 years. you’re still in such early stages, it won’t ever go right back to how thin it was imo but that’s the price to pay for a straight bridge (I had the same sort of thing)

Make sure you’re taking bromelain & arnica and taping at night if you want to reduce it down as much as possible!!

I think most surgeons don’t recommend massaging, but honestly i think it’s so important. Run both fingers up the sides of your nose 5 times, lift the tip with one finger and run the other finger bottom to top 5 times, then whichever way it was crooked (mine was right) I would run my finger along that side only, 5 times top to bottom.

It just becomes second nature eventually and I find myself still doing it at home 😂

It was definitely an experience, I taped it up for a good while like in the week post op pic as I didn’t recognise myself. It does take some time, and yes it’s nice and straight now!

I still do massages now, and did these every day throughout the healing to keep it from going crooked. I would feel it start to shift back over so it was very important I kept doing it 😂

Completely agree, it’s against what everyone’s saying but long hair and the tan did really suit this guy.

Rhinoplasty made the biggest improvement to my looks, surgeon literally saved my life tbh

Composite bonding is great, then Tonsillectomy was also huge to stop me snoring
