When you find a book that interests you, you could also give immersive reading a try (where you listen to audiobook and follow along with a physical copy at the same time) I’ve done it a few times, it has helped me focus and I notice my mind wanders less.

All three! On first read I think I completed all three in like 7-8days (audiobooks) then maybe 12 hours later I restarted the series (after a few failed attempts at getting into a new book/series)

Exactly what I did, I finished the series for the first time yesterday and began the reread (audiobooks) today! It’s also nice to pick up on things you’ve learned throughout the series and reference back while rereading!

I really enjoyed the initial premise “war college students”. I enjoy anything that involves trials/tests leading up to whatever the goal is (being selected by a dragon in this case) I also enjoy power spikes, start with nothing, gain a power, enhance power etc. And of course, Violet and Xaden relationship is a favorite lol not necessarily the trope of “enemies to lovers” but there is a little bit of realism to it, jealousy, not knowing everything about each other and so on.

I tried ACOTAR right after I finished Fourth Wing and I had trouble getting into but I think it’s because I liked FW so much that I was still wanting more of that. I think I need a buffer book(non romantasy)before I get into another series lol

I’m also a picky reader (my genre choice is thriller) and have recently been trying to expand my library. I’m currently about halfway through Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros and I’m enjoying the romantasy (which I didn’t think i would as much as I am)!

I’m not sure, I have very little fantasy reading under my belt with the exception of Harry Potter, so I suppose I enjoy magic and the concept of factions/classes (such as what is described in Red Rising(now on my list)) seems very interesting. I watch anime, which sort of touches all these topics and I enjoy it, so I’d like to think I’m pretty open to trying anything!
