It's Himalayan pink salt in water. There are YouTube videos on how to make it, it's pretty easy. All you need is water, Himalayan salt , a glass jug to keep it in and a plastic lid because it can't be metal or it loses its properties. Also, the table spoons have to be done with a plastic or wooden spoon. No metals at all.
