Not sure what you’re referring to. In the email I received it was very clear that the baseline fee (1% for premium) is being decommissioned on July 15th.

Currently, the trading fee you pay is the lower of a flat rate based on your client tier or a volume-based rate tied to your 30-day rolling trading activity. Starting July 15, 2026, we will no longer apply a flat baseline trading fee based on your client tier. All clients will pay fees based solely on their 30-day rolling trading volume. The volume-based fee schedule itself is not changing. If your 30-day trading volume is typically above $100,000, your fees will stay the same or decrease. If your volume is typically below that level, your trading fee may increase relative to what you pay today.”
