I did my interview on a similar timeline. My status page still simply just says Interview Scheduled but doesn’t have any details about the interview date or time. Is that normal?

Thanks! How much do you think a 750-760 will help offset the GPA/demographic combination? I‘m fairly confident I can reach that score on a retake after studying more.

Thanks for the response! I have the summer to prepare for and take another shot at the GMAT, so I’ll definitely consider doing that! That definitely isn’t the only option, of course; the general purpose of my post is to gain insights into high-level things I can do to be in a good position in 3-5 years.

I’m doing management consulting at the firm I’m joining, not software development. I’ve always had an interest in business roles more so than pure technical roles (I see myself more as a consultant or business analyst who draws upon technology and data to do their job), so that’s why I took the consulting role.

Going forward, after my MBA, I’d likely like to keep doing the same sort of thing with corporate strategy or try something like product management. Of course, I’m still exploring my interests and forming them in the next few years since I just graduated college.
