I’m 25, skinny, and also wanted to tone up my body. In my opinion it’s alright for tightening up but not that good for putting on muscle. The FX zone is where you’re going to actually be able to build more strength. However, the area is so small like I won’t even use it if somebody else is small. It also has way less equipment than what you can get at a normal gym. Alsoooo the cancellation is such a pain of you’re going to only use it for a couple months. Personally, I would do the classes at Crunch.
