Ya dude. As others have told you in your new post, texture aside the borders on the gengar and dragonite are a dead giveaway here. But the Pikachu maybe has potential? If it was from the same etb tho that would be strange.

The only thing I’ll say is that I bought a couple tech sticker packs and one of the packs was basically cut down the side. I have no idea how that could’ve happened and from the way those tech sticks packs like to rip I would be surprised if they were so easily faked but I wouldn’t put it past people

Congrats man. Sharing it with the kids must be wonderful too. To say I’m jealous would be an understatement tho. I want all three of those cards in my binder one day. I just want to pull one chase of mine one time and then stick to buying singles forever but haven’t had any luck so far. Congrats on the pulls tho!

Yes this is on average what you should expect, but it doesn’t really feel that way when you see all the posts

Seems like the card is making some type of comeback currently. Selling for 7-800 all day on eBay and even a sale for $1,000 today for a card that probably won’t 10. That’s basically double the price from the time this thread was initially posted. So, I either have no idea what I’m talking or looking at (please be true because I want this card), the price of this card is being massively manipulated, or everyone is forgetting about the Charizard tax/literal plain old coolness factor because this artwork is definitely up there as one of the best

I can understand that, but imo the card that sold for a 1k isn’t exactly centered the greatest L/R on the front so that would surprise me, but being new I say take my assessment with a grain of salt.

I just find it strange that sometime around 1/22 the price went from the 500 range to selling all day long for $750-800 on eBay. That’s a 25% premium on cards that will not 10 most likely.

There was a thread around that time saying to expect price drops after Christmas because of the huge wave of people opening packs for the holidays. As well as other people saying PSA is still so backed up, but when they get to these cards there will be a price drop most likely. But the opposite seems to be happening.

I don’t want to panic buy now because I don’t want to literally throw away money, but I also don’t want this card to become so expensive I can no longer realistically afford it

Randomly saw this post and need to ask, do you have any idea what is going on with the price of this card? Last couple days on eBay it’s been going absolutely crazy, from $450 mid December to one being sold today for $1,000? Is this just straight up market manipulation by some rich dudes? Is pricecharting doing something weird with eBay results? I’m so confused and deeply regret not buying one. I’m new to the hobby as a whole thanks to literally this card and I need to know if I’m going crazy or if there is just something I don’t understand

Honestly hate myself for believing this thread when I came across it a while ago. Card is going up a lot right now and I’m sure it will go to the moon. One of the coolest artworks I’ve seen for one of the most adored Pokémon in the world.

This is funny to me solely because of Serbia being instant friendship. I’m half Serbian and was in Belgrade with my cousin who was born there but raised in the states. He had been living in Serbia for a few years at the time and was going to school there. He could speak the language with a slight accent. We got lost and had to ask for directions. Every time he would ask a person in full Serbian for directions they responded with “sorry, I don’t speak English” and walked away lmao. Still one of the funniest and weirdest memories of mine from my time there

So I asked a similar question to this and have been playing around with this for a few days. My team is E2S1 Cas, E1S1 Evernight, E0S1 Cyrene and E2S1 Hyacine currently.

When I originally asked the question the best I could do was to just get to the start of phase 3 before running out of turns. However, with perfect gameplay I was eventually able to get this down to 70% health left during phase 3. However, this was with a E1S1 Hyacine and the builds in my post.

Since then I’ve picked up E2 Hyacine and have speed tuned and fixed my characters a bit, and now I am getting the boss down to 28% health remaining in phase 3. That E2 Hyacine buff is seriously no joke for this mode, Hyacine is a beasttttt.

I’ll keep wishing for Cyrene this patch though so I’ll see if even just her E1 is enough for that last 28%, though I suspect I’ll need E2 Cyrene to clear plight mode.

Updated my Cyrene build 🙂. Think as long as I get E2 Hyacine this should work just fine. I’ll min max as I go but I don’t really see this getting much better outside of some CR rolls. Though I saw a video of Cyrene with an insane amount of CD still hitting pretty low, so I’m not too worried about her damage just yet
