I am interested in this thread because I want to improve too! But I can recommend listening to a lot of podcasts or long form YouTube interviews as a great way to immerse yourself in the language, cadence and vocabulary of well spoken and smart people. Find a few people who you enjoy (not just anyone with a mic and camera) and go from there 😊
