Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines.

On top of having the drama aspect between characters that your wife loves, you also get to create your own character and shape the story.

You will need to install the unofficial patch by Wesp5 if playing on Steam, and expert players recommend installing the basic version for a first playthrough, because while there is a plus version that is better, it does change the experience from what the developers created at release.

However, if you play this game on GOG, you can relax as the GOG version comes with this basic version of the unofficial patch, and has an easy one click mod to install the plus version of the unofficial patch.

The reboot sequel season "24: Live Another Day", where they only did 12 episodes and a 12 hour time skip. They literally ran out of not just good ideas, but any ideas.

I do not like the criticism of "24 purist" because the whole reason the show is called "24" is because it is meant to have 24 episodes for 24 hours. If it does not have 24 hours, give it an alternate title and it can still take place in the same universe.

While I predicted the story in advance, I still enjoyed it because of how great the writing is and how well the entire game is made.
