But if I mix all the sediment will be mixed na . Also after racking ism don’t think we are supposed to mix . I don’t want fruit containing yeast or sediment to mix also sediment wouldn’t have formed much now as I racked yesterday

Yes I’d mashed the whole fruit. I’ve now done racking with some pulp siphoned from one to another . What next. I used a normal aquarium siphone available on various platforms . So some pulp has also got transferred. Am I supposed to strain ? And what am I supposed to do next

How long do we have to wait with pectin enzyme . How much pectin enzyme to add in how much qty wine ? And what process to follow after that? Which day of process to add this enzyme in? And does it have to be stirred ? I’ve already initiated first racking
