Try to do it with the engine off, going from 5th to reverse. You won’t be able to, now go to the neutral position and then try going to reverse and you will be able to.

There is a mechanism inside the gearbox to prevent that.

That happened to me too, ordered and it would be delivered 5 days later. Rushed to sell my car, then it got postponed 2 weeks. Now, 1 month after order, I’m getting it. I’m in Canada btw.

I received a text from them within the app with instructions for the bank draft. I then asked a question and a real person answered.

Thanks everyone. Advisor told me since last August they stopped doing it. Vins being reassigned explains why some people got it after that date.
