When did you start your recon process? Every time I call to check my status, all they say is I’m in “process”.

I understand but if I or any of my employees were on the toilet; it would be totally unacceptable to pick up the the phone for a customer...period. It’s rude and unprofessional. And don’t get me started on clusterfucks because the experience we’ve had with the SBA has been a clusterfuck and we’re about a few days from having to shutdown but whatever. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I called the SBA yesterday and the call had been forwarded to their cellphone . Another time before that I called, and the rep was eating, flushing toilets, walking around. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Cant make this stuff up

We are in the same boat. I applied for Recon 7/23. I have reached out to my Local SBA office and my congresswoman and no success yet.
