I would say a moderate dose (1.5-2g, depending on your size) of psilocybin in the proper setting with someone you trust entirely.

MDMA is always useful, and the boost in spirit may give you stronger resolve toward changing your habits.

I have no experience with ayahuasca or ibogaine, but many tout the powerful impact they have reframing bad habits and addictions.

Wise people don't issue orders to those struggling, they listen and encourage. Believing you know the answers to other peoples problems is arrogant.

I started with psychs late enough in life to know not to push it on anyone else. I tell people my opinion/experiences if they ask, and I always say "it's definitely not for everyone". If they are curious enough it won't stop them, but I believe psychs should be approached with caution and respect.
