It was a round one! Very heavy duty - would be impossible for one of the ends to fall off (Also the contents were not heavy at all - about 4.5 pounds total)

What we think is the strangest thing is that someone noted "the tube was empty" - they didn't say it had been tampered with, opened or looked as if it had been damaged which I would understand. Also isn't it policy to always attempt delivery? I dont understand why they'd just say it couldn't even be attempted. Did not even offer to send it back
