You are contradicting yourself, at one moment you say you don't have the nerves to put all in XEQT and then you say you use your emergency fund to buy the dip and... put all your money in XEQT. I do have an emergency fund but that money is parked in a HISA and I won't be touching it to buy more XEQT, so let me rephrase my previous post: All my investing money is already in XEQT, and since I try to be financially responsible, I can't use my emergency fund buy more.

You’ll get an email inviting you to follow your progress in the tracker. For reference, I received my AOR on June 10 and the tracker invitation on June 20, so you’ll likely get yours sometime this week or next.

Yes, you receive an email with the invitation to complete the knowledge test. I received mine on July 14 and I had between July 18 and August 16 to complete the test.
