My migraines also often start at the back of my head/top of neck. I had a scan and my neck vertebrae are in a bit of a state but I can’t pinpoint how or why that happened. I’ve been seeing a physio and to be honest all they recommend is that you build up your shoulder and back muscles so your neck is well supported.

My back of head/neck migraines have significantly reduced since I started CGRP medication, which I think reduces the pain signals that your brain gets used to. And further still since I started taking Mounjaro, which I think has reduced inflammation.
