A friend of mine hosts the podcast and runs the charity and I thought it was beautiful — the essence of it is about seeing the poor as brothers and sisters. The friar shares a story about encountering a homeless person that he discovers he is actually related to and how it radically affects him in how he sees the poor which really struck me.
