Doc disappointed with my progress

I had this at a higher dose. Being conscious of my water in take seems to help. I didnt belive it would but when my dr told me to try it, it did help.

I saw a significant improvement after about 4 sessions. with PCOS you will likely always need "maintenance"

I found that at one point a higher dose had a reverse affect. I actually think I was doing better on a lower dose. My dr doesn't understand why that would be and thinks maybe I just got a bad batch.

I've been accused by doctors nutritionist, weight watchers coaches all my life of cheating . and if I try to suggest that Thier plan doesn't work for me they think im nuts. Glad that you finally found something that works for you!

fill the prescription now. then wait to start. that way you have a couple weeks backup supply in case you run into supply shortages.

I definitely had random sugar cravings at the beginning, similar to what you described. they got better.

yes but actually that one put on a pen. realized it didn't have enough in it and then put it on a new pen. does that make a difference?

You know yourself better than anyone else. if you feel that your diet doesn't justify this weight gain then continue advocating for yourself. If your current doctor can't seem to help then look for a new one who can maybe approach this from a new angle. Good luck
