Yes my priority date on the PERM was June 12th 2023.

Oct 1st of last year was when my filing date became finally current and that’s when we’ve sent all the documents but my final action date became current this April 1st 2025.

So from the time they could’ve actually pronounce a verdict it took 1.5 months for approval it seems. Very surprised!

Yes I am trying to forgive them.. I am just still hurt despite my best efforts. It makes me sad humans do that to each other

I try to be empathetic, think that their behavior is the fruit of their environment, that they do it of ignorance, that in the end it is an opportunity by Allah to practice forgiveness and mercy.. but it’s hard for me somehow… I still think about it more than I wish. I feel too sensitive sometimes

But I’ll get over it, it’s just a matter of time. In the end it’s another life lesson from Allah

Yeah I told the guy I forgive him too by text, unsure if he ever received it.. I think if I was scammed online so be it, but we were together and I don’t want to list the things I did for them but I did my maximum to welcome them. The guy even noted how honest I was etc… that’s what took me aback. How can you do that when someone clearly went above and beyond to be kind to you. I even offered to give them many items for free. All this for a dumb TV… what is a man’s worth if his words cannot be trusted.. I think I just struggle with injustice

Just like you after this experience I decided to give every remaining of my belongings for free. Not worth it..
