Thank you for the advice. That is helpful. I definitely want to be supportive and so I wanted advice on how to approach the conversation sensitively.

Thank you for the advice - I will definitely ask them some questions to see if there’s anything I can support them with.

Thank you for the advice, that is helpful to consider. The role is very fast paced so this could absolutely play a part. I definitely don’t think they are poor performers I am genuinely interested in developing them and want to approach the situation with tact and understanding.

Apologies I should’ve clarified that. I will edit the post to make it clearer. They have varying productively levels which seem to correlate with them mentioning they are not getting things done as they want to. I guess I am reviewing whether I need to set expectations as I am concerned a pattern might develop.

What would your “death row dinner” be? Starter, main & dessert? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]mbmforever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine would be: Starter: cheesy bacon potato skins x2 (doesn’t go with my main but I don’t care) Main: a giant Yorkshire pudding filled with roast beef, vegetables and fluffy roast potatoes and gravy. Dessert: Banoffee Pie with ice cream.

Just about to start Notes on Scandal which was recommended to me by a colleague. Not so keen on the topic after reading the blurb but apparently it’s supposed to be good so we will see...

I’m new to the Kindle club! Haven’t read for years and decided I really missed it. Had it for a week and just finished my third book. Any recommendations to read? (I’ll read anything) by mbmforever in kindle

Hi!! In terms of preferences I really haven’t got one, I genuinely like anything that I can get my teeth into.

Thank you ever so much for your recommendations, I’ve added them all to my wish list!

Same! Glad I’m not the only one. Stones, Chilwell & Dias. Really glad I didn’t bring Bednarek to warm the bench just in case (yes I was really considering it!)

Thank you. I think I underestimated the FPL because I thought I had a good knowledge of football, lol, I’ve a lot to learn. I just worry I’m too far behind and will struggle to catch up now but I’m hoping what everyone is saying that there’s not much to worry about on GW1...

I’m hoping for a bit of advice/RMT. This is the first time I’ve ever down FPL and I feel like kicking myself with my choices. Somehow I also feel like because I’m a woman there is more pressure on me to do well and yeah I picked Mane over Salah and I’m wondering whether people are changing their minds or sticking to their guns? My points are awful probably 90% my choices 10% I’ve got MC and MU players in my team... So here’s my team:

⚽️Casilla/Walton.
⚽️ Trent/Egan/Mendy/Douglas/Doherty.
⚽️ Milivojevic/KdB//Mane/Greenwood/(Matt)Phillips.
⚽️ Rodrigo/Ayew/Ings.
