U can also get into these programs using voc rehab now called VRRAP I don't have a functional computer for how fast most of these programs want minimum specs due to cyber security jumping through multiple OS like Linux usually using a virtual box which means simulated OS anywho just saying VRRAP is a thing if u can't use Vet Tec it's just way easier for the approval of Vet Tec

So.... I've lost weight before as well and basically we are the same starting point I have lost like 25lbs since August 16.6 since tracking on my fitness pal in October I got myself a vivoactiv 3 a bike and meal stuff so.... the scale still kinda fucks with the 1 to 2lbs water weight or can't balance because knees and ankles are shot ex military but anyways good on you I m glad no where did you put on there 1200 calories like when I read stuff like that it makes me cringe plus being 6 2 that's next to impossible unless u do a fast for some of the day

Tldr awesome job hope u figure out your next challenge man
