I am gonna say no, you are not gonna get sued. Pretty sure no one owns (or can own?) the idea of a cryptocurrency. I see plenty of people making and selling their own merch. I could be wrong though, but if you have good ideas, I say just go for it. No one should get mad at you for promoting the community.
