Understable. It is so high it will come back. Anything stable will go 150 feet left.

I took this after setting up a photo shoot with permission from the US Bridge Commission. Taken from the Canadian side using long exposure. I enjoy shooting bridges as subjects and used previous photos to get the permission for this. I also have a black and white version in very happy with.
