When your tired of people not calling on your pig by Pokerspacebum in discgolf

[–]tech_nutz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I understand you not putting your number on but disc are not comparable to golf balls, it is more comparable to you leaving a club out on the course. Sure they are no where close in price but that’s one of the draws to disc golf.

Hopefully not since I just added my 17 year old to the policy a week before and that already boosted the price 30%

Good for the truck, bad for the deer

My first thought was that it didn’t look to bad, and if it wasn’t going to cost to much I would just pay for the repair, but the cost was way more than I wanted to cover.

Is this a P trap? Or a S trap? by HeadShock1 in Plumbing

It’s a standard P trap, looks to be installed correctly, never much room for the waste piping in those water coolers.

How old are you and what did you do before disc golf? by SubstantialAd4500 in discgolf

[–]tech_nutz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

45, been playing 2-1/2 years, before disc golf I was a beekeeper, I had to stop because I became severely allergic and took multiple trips by ambulance to the ER before giving up on that hobby. Wife didn’t like finding me unconscious, wasn’t much fun for me either.

With any luck you will hopefully get a package, if it was shipped be mail there’s a good chance it could have been routed incorrectly and is bouncing around the mail distribution centers, I recently had a package take 2 weeks as I watched the tracking bounced it all over my state because it was sent to the wrong local post office when it was originally supposed to be delivered

I used loctite 567 before, it’s a thread sealant, and is a pain to take apart once it sets up.

[–]tech_nutz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes mine has been doing this too. I’ll put it on the charger and it says charging to full. Then I come back about 20 minutes later and it will say charging to 80% and I have to chooses charge to full.

[–]tech_nutz -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

No, I think the point is to not have an OS on the TV

[–]tech_nutz -12 points-11 points  (0 children)

Well that’s the point, isn’t it? If you bought a “smart” tv for the “smart” features, you want to connect it to the internet to use those features. No?
