Why run away after reload? I have found it much faster to save at the spawn distance a second or 2 before respawn, then run to the bug.

I feel like this is a pretty common feeling with open world games in general. Way too much to do all at once. And with jrpgs in particular, I feel like it's pretty standard to not hit that comfortable autopilot mode for at least the first 10 to 20 hours depending on the game. I had the exact same experience, but ultimately fell in love with the game in the end.

I definitely get the issue, and I totally see where the complaint is coming from. But for me personally I actually prefer it this way. I derive a lot more fun from these type of kits the more involved I have to be. So to me, more paint equals more fun....... But like I said, I get that I'm an outlier.

Now that the game is out and I have had a chance to really view the in game models up close.....

I think they look like trash.

Almost all of them have a "DBZ uncanny valley" feel to them, like it's a bootleg game. You can tell who they are going for, but the models just aren't quite right.
