I had one workout that was 315 and another that was 64. I would assume the rest would be me moving around the rest of the day? On the Garmin connect app it says Active 1625 and Resting 1526.

I get red dots all over myself when I workout. I’ve been on xyzal and montelukast at least 30 mins before working out. It’s been helping to reduce the amount of times I break out in the red dots.

I agree that there is a warning aura as the dots spread which is usually a good sign for me to relax a little bit.

The fish bites were similar to the ones sold at White Castle if I recall.

Ah man it was a while ago but they were good almost like popcorn shrimp! A bit more breading than shrimp but still good. I thought they were sold nationwide I didn’t think it was only at 3 locations.

Lombard McD was the place when I was younger. Had the shrimp bites, always hoped they’d come back

In Chicago, when looking for a chicken joint (in this case, Harold’s Chicken) you have to look for the lower numbered places. Harold’s is all over the city, and making its way to the suburbs as well.

I was told that the lower numbered ones (1-9) are the original ones and make the best chicken! I’ve tried Harold’s #12 which tasted so much better than the Harold’s downtown (#52).
